"Cortexion is Convenient"
The CORTEXION™ System is easy to use. We provide simple forms to manage the Application for Payment process. Our system
is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week, 365 days per year.
Project participants may use our web-based system or can fax in their information.
The CORTEXION™ System automatically provides structured reports to project managers.
Project Owners and Lenders: The CORTEXION™ system is operated by Cortexion
personnel on your behalf. There is no added work for the Owner or Lender. Instead the Owner and Lender begin enjoying the many benefits of
the CORTEXION™ system by agreeing to use the system.
Project Contractors and Vendors: Contractors and venders will access and use the
CORTEXION™ system to input invoice information. This is the same information a contractor or vender would need to
supply to invoice for any project, so there is no added work for contractors and vendors. The forms we use are standard for the industry.
Cortexion provides an easy to follow User Guide. Cortexion can provide a user training class at the beginning of each project.
