Getting started with the CORTEXION™ system is easy with no upfront cost or risk. Cortexion’s fee is earned as we capture savings for you.
The CORTEXION™ system is operated by Cortexion personnel on behalf of the Project Owner and Lender. There is no added work for the
Owner or Lender. Instead, the CORTEXION™ system is designed to reduce the work of the Owner and Lender’s staff.
Contractors and venders will access and use the CORTEXION™ system to input invoice information. This is the same information
a contractor or vender would need to supply to invoice for any project, so there is no added work for
contractors and vendors. The forms we use are standard for the industry.
Cortexion provides an easy to follow User Guide. Cortexion can provide a training class at the beginning of each project.
Our award winning presentation will inform you of several ways to save money, increase control, and reduce risk even if you
choose to not use the CORTEXION™ system.
