BRITANNIA PARK  

Project Value:   $219 Million      

Project Description: Multi-story Structural Steel Buildings, Tenant Improvements, Sitework, Co-Gen Power Plants, Utilities, Roads, Walks, City Streets and Signals


Duties Performed: CM at Risk. We had full operational responsibility to plan, develop and execute the entire project including full bottom line responsibility from initiation through completion. Duties included Site Selection, Planning, Programming, Design Management, Obtaining Entitlements and Permits, Full Construction Management, Negotiation with and management of all contractors, Facilities Management.


Financiers: International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Pension Fund and Slough

Results: Project completed on time and on budget. Tenants moved in on schedule.


PRO-BUSINESS CAMPUS  

Project Value:   $34 Million      

Project Description: Multi-story Structural Steel Buildings, Tenant Improvements, Sitework, Co-Gen Power Plants, Utilities, Roads, Walks, City Streets and Signals

Project Description: 18 Multi-story Structural Steel Buildings, Tenant Improvements, Laboratories, Patient Clinics, Corporate offices, Drug Manufacturing, Sitework, Co-Gen Power Plants, Utilities, Roads, Walks, City Streets and Signals


Duties Performed: CM at Risk. We had full operational responsibility to plan, develop and execute the entire project including full bottom line responsibility from initiation through completion. Duties included Site Selection, Planning, Programming, Design Management, Obtaining Entitlements and Permits, Full Construction Management, Negotiation with and management of all contractors, Facilities Management.
